We can fly into any area of the United States, set up food and facilities for your retreat, conference, or any other special event. We specialize in the weekend conferences around the United States. Casper’s has catered to marriage groups to religious and non religious groups. Can Flying in a caterer be cost effective? Certainly! The average cost per meal with a weekend event of 50 people eating 3 meals a day is around $15.00 per meal. That includes a full breakfast with meat, eggs, breakfast rolls, hash browns, juice, coffee, tea. Lunch would look like a hot or cold sandwich with a variety of salads, and fresh fruit, and cookies with a variety of beverages. Dinner would have similar of that from a restaurant menu.
